LL Contact Center Solutions, hereafter known as LLCC is a Bilingual Contact Center/BPO located in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. LLCC is the first International Bi-Lingual Contact Center in Tegucigalpa. LLCC was designed by David Scott Anderson, the founder and first architect of the Contact Center industry in Central America. Anderson was the founder of Acer Information Services, the first International Call Center in Central America. AIS was founded in 1993-94, and was later purchased by Sykes as their flagship call center operation in Latin America. Since 2001, Anderson has been responsible for helping grow the industry in countries throughout the region, including Guatemala, Costa Rica and El Salvador, and has been one of the prime movers in developing the Contact Center and BPO Industry in Honduras. LLCC is a venture of Grupo Rivera, one of the most successful entrepreneurial companies in Honduras.
